(OPTION BID), SUBJECT TO CONCURRENCE BY CITY OF

On this the 24th day of July 1986, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
the Court unanimously approved City of Kerrville's award-
ing contract to Reichenau Bros. Construction in the amount
of $39,175.00 (Option Bid) for Sanitary Landfill Closure -
Phase I.

** This option has the dirt being excavated from the new
trench area which will have to be certified in the near
future, and using it as cover for the previous landfill area.
At their meeting of July 7,.8, 1986, the City Council approved
awarding the contract for Sanitary Landfill Closure - Phase I
to the Reichenau Bros. Construction in the amount of $39,175
(Option Bid) upon like action from the County. We would
appreciate your placing this item on the Commissioners'
agenda for their consideration as soon as possible.
