CLOSURE - PHASE I COSTS BY REICHENAU BROS. CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
On this the 21st day of August 1986, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, it was
unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County concur with
the City of Kerrville for 90~ completion of Landfill Closure
Phase I costs by Reichenau Bros. Construction Company, in the
amount of $35,257.50 (Kerr County`s portion being $17,628,75)..

Reichenau Bros. Construction Company is nearing completion of
the closure work !Phase I) at the Landfill. They are
requesting payment for 90$ of the project with final payment
upon completion. (They expect to be finished today.)
We would appreciate your placing this 90$ payment in the
amount of $35,257.50 on the agenda for the Commissioners'
consideration as soon as possible. Thanks for your
cooperation.
