APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO CITY OF KERRVILLE FOR CONSTRUCTION
FOR LANDFILL CLOSURE - PHASE I - BY REICHENAU BROS.
On this the 8th day of September 1986, upon motion made
by Commissioner Lich seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
the Court unanimously approved payment for one-half of
construction costs by Reichenau Bros. for landfill closure -
Phase I, in the amount of $19,587.50 (Final payment.)
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and
County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the ____`__.
C~~ral Fund, payable to the City of Kerrville in
the above amount.

Dear Judge Morriss:
On August 26, 1986 City Council approved the payment of
$39,175.00 to Reichenau Bros. for Landfill Closure - Phase I.
The County has approved payment of $35,257.50 (90$ of the
total amount - County's share - $17,628.75).
We would appreciate your placing the remaining payment of
$3,917.50 (10$ of total - County's share - $1,958.75) on the
agenda for the Commissioners' consideration. Thank you.
