On this the 11th day of November 1986, upon motion made by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the
Court unanimously approved the employment of RAY ASSOCIATES,
INC., for professional services to prepare;a job description
and salary recommendation for the position of "Child Care
Worker" and to provide Kerr County with information. addressing
the issue of staffing the Juvenile Detention Center, as request-
ed by David Cawthon, Assistant Juvenile Probation Officer.
(Estimated cost to prepare job description & salary recommenda-
tion - $593.00., and to provide Kerr County with information
addressing the issue of staffing the Detention Center - $200.00
to $400.00.)
