RECOMMENDATION OF UPPER GUADALUPE RIVER AUTHORITY REQUIRING
APPROVAL OF WATER SYSTEM PLANS BY THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF
HEALTH, PRIOR TO FINAL PLAT APPROVAL
On this the 11th day ofP~ovember1986, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland seconded by Commissioner Guthrie ,
the Court unanimously approved the recommendation of the
Upper Guadalupe River Authority, requiring approval of
water system plans by the Texas Department of Health, prior
to final plat approval (Section 8.04 of the Kerr County Sub-
division Rules and Regulations), and further, that the follow-
ing statement be added to UGRA'S approval on the face of the
plat "Plans and specifications for the water system have been
approved by the Texas Department of Health."
