RE: Clarification to Minor Replat Order # 21586
1. Clarification of one question in Minor Replat Order # 21586 and that is: Does this apply
to lots in ETJ or only lots outside ETJ.?
2. I thought it applied only to outside ETJ Subdivision, however there is some confusion the
way it is outlined in the Court Order.
I thought the Minor Plat is specified in # 1 & #2, (Court Order attached) and # 3 gives
conditions to #1 & #2. Other interpret it differently.
Clarification please.
