APPROVAL OF ABANDONMENT OF A PUBLIC ROADWAY EASEMENT,
SUBJECT TO POSTING OF NOTICE FOR TWENTY DAYS
On this the 9th day of March 1987, upon motion made
by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
the Court unanimously approved the Abandonment of a Public
Roadway Easement in Commissioner's Precinct No. 3, which
is depicted on a Plat of Hill Country Ranch Estates,
Section Two, of record in Volume 3, Page 30, of the Plat
Records of Kerr County, Texas, the easement to be abandon-
ed being between Lots 13 and 14 of such subdivision, subject
to notice being posted for 20 days.
