ACCEPTANCE OF GIFT DEED FROM ELGIN JUNG TO KERR COUNTY,
TEXAS
On this the 24th day of August 1987, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray seconded by Commissioner Holland ,
the Court unanimously approved acceptance of a Gift Deed
from ELGIN JUNG, Grantor, for and in consideration of the
construction of a county road by Grantee, Kerr County,
Texas, being 5.86 acres, more or less, out of Robert Brown
Survey No. 16, Abstract No. 28 in Kerr County, Texas.
(Deed recorded in Volume 431, Pages 820 thru 823, in the
Official Public Records of Real Property of Kerr County,
Texas.)

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT, ELGIN JUNG, hereinafter referred to as "GRANTOR", for
and in consideration of the construction of a county road by
GRANTEE over and across the property herein described, KERR
COUNTY, TEXAS, hereinafter referred to as "GRANTEE", whether one
or more, and for which no lien, expressed, or implied, is
retained or shall exist, has GRANTED, GIVEN and CONVEYED, and by
these presents does GRANT, GIVE and CONVEY unto GRANTEE as its
whole and separate property, all of the following described real
property, lying and being situated in Kerr County, Texas,
together with all rights, benefits, privileges and appurtenances
thereon or in anywise appertaining thereto, and together with any
and all improvements thereon, all cgllectively referred to
hereinafter as the "Property", described as follows:
All that certain tract or parcel of land described in
and subject to the exceptions stated in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, said Exhibit "A" hereby made a part
hereof for all intents and purposes and if copied
herein verbatim.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Property, together with all and
singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise
belonging, subject as aforesaid, unto GRANTEE and GRANTEE'S
heirs, legal representatives, andj!or successors and assigns
forever; and GRANTOR does hereby bind GRANTOR and GRANTOR'S
heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and/or
successors and assigns, to WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND all land
singular the said property, subject as aforesaid, unto GRANTEE
and GRANTEE'S heirs, legal representatives, and/or successors and
assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to
claim the same or any part thereof.
