On this the 8th day of June 1987, upon motion made
by Commissioner Holland,~seconded by Commissioner Lich,
it was unanimously approved by the Court that the
owners of 313.24 acres of land known as La Reata Ranch
~ Joint Venture, file a plat of their property and otherwise
comply with the Kerr County "Subdivision Rules and Regula-

It has recently come to the attention of the Kerr County
Commissioners Court that you may Have been involved in a
transaction which violates the statute cited. above and the Kerr
County Subdivision Regulations. '

Please be informed that under Article 6702-1, Section 2.401,
a violation of either the statute or the Kerr County Subdivision
Regulations, is a Class B misdemeanor, punishable by:
1. a fine not to exceed $1,000.00;
2. confinement in jail for a term not to exceed 18U days;
or
3. both such fine and imprisonment.
~~ Further, violators may be subject to civil litigation
,~ brought for the purpose of remedying such violations.
~i At the present time, the Commissioners Court•is willing to
~~ give alleged violators an opportunity to bring themselves into
'compliance with the statute and Kerr County Subdivision
~ Regulationa. In khat vein, you are hereby notified to appear
before the Kerr County Commissioners Cvurt on 1[t &. 19$7
1987 at `•~- o'clock

meeting the following will take place:
1. the alleged violation will be discussed;
2. specific instructions will.., be given as to the
Commissioners Court requirements for compliance;
3. A time period for compliance, will be given.
Please be aware that if you fail to appear at the meeting,
the matter will be immediately turned over to the Kerr County
Attorney's office for the purpose of pursuing all remedies
available, including those enumerated above.
