o'clock A. M., with all members of the Court present, and the Court having duly opened, the
following proceedings were had:
NO. 17633 APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF NANCY BEAN AS COUNTY 4-H YOUTH COORDINATOR
On this the 28th day of December 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the request of County Extension Agentsh
Jerri Ray and Eddie R. Holland, for employment of NANCY BEAN as COUNTY 4-H YOUTH COORDINA- ~I
TOR at an annual salary of $14,904.00, $1242.00 per month, $621.00 semi-monthly, effective
January 4th, 1988, payable out of the General Fund.

NO. 17634 APPROVAL OF REFUND OF TAXES FOR THE YEAR 1986 TO RIVERHILL CLUB, INC., IN THE
AMOUNT OF $1298.30 AS PER AGREED JUDGMENT IN CAUSE N0. 86-232-A
On this the 28th day of December 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that DORIS LEE SMITH, TAX ASSESSOR-
-' COLLECTOR, be authorized to refund RIVERHILL CLUB, INC., in the amount of $1298.30 for 1986
taxes (Co. Ad Val $1022.52 and FC & LR $275.78), as per agreed judgment in Cause No. 86-232-A,:

On this the 29th day of December 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a lease of property at 323 Earl
Garrett, between A. P. Allison and Kerr County, subject to approval of final draft by County
Attorney, Gary E. Kersey.
It is further ordered by the Court that County Judge Danny R. Edwards be authorized to
execute said Contract on behalf of Kerr County.
