COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION ON DECEMBER 21st, 1987 at 10:00
o'clock A. M., with all members present, and the Court having duly opened, the following
proceedings were had:

NO. 17619 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 21st day of December 1987, came on to be considered by the Court the various;
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
', claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Road & Bridge, County
~ Law Library, Kerr County Public Library, Traffic Safety, Indigent Health Care and 216th ~
District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

NO. 17620 APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF ONE SAVIN 880 COPIER FOR THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY OF THE
216th JUDICIAL DISTRICT, AS PER LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
On this the 21st day of December 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved purchase of one Savin 880 Copier for
the District Attorney of the 216th Judicial District, in the amount of $349.50 - Option No.
(1) as per letter received, from COMELCO - COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT LEASING, and as per lease
purchase agreement (Lease No. 5063-002).
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to COMELCO in the above amount for the purchase
I of the machine.

NO. 17621 MOTION TO APPROVE PURCHASE OF ONE NEW COPIER FOR THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 21st day of December 1987, a motion was made by Commissioner Holland to
purchase one new copier for the County Clerk's Office.
Motion failed for lack of a second.

NO. 17622 APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF ONE SAVIN 5040 COPIER FOR THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE, AS
PER LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
On this the 21st day of December 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved
purchase of one Savin 5040 Copier for the County Clerk's Office, in the amount of $549.50 -
Option No. (1) as per letter received, from COMELCO - COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT LEASING, and as
per lease purchase agreement (Lease No. 5063-003).
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to COMELCO in the above amount for the purchase
of the machine.

NO. 17623 DECEMBER 31ST SEMI-MONTHLY PAYDAY TO BE CHANGED TO DECEMBER 23RD,19f37
On this the 21st day of December 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved that the December 31st semi-
monthly payday be changed to December 23rd, 1987, for officials, employees and allowances.
