Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved to set aside Order No. 17607, dated
December 15th, 1987, and to approve the REPEAT OF WEST CREEK HEIGHTS, with no variances,
located in Commissioner's Precinct No. 2, and to pay the regular filing fee of $50.00, plus
the $10.00 per lot filing fee for the 32 lots, total fee being $370.00.
All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to
the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.:

majority vote, approving the FINAL PLAT OF RIVER CREST, with no variances, located in
Commissioner's Precinct No. 2.

1987 DODGE RAM CHARGER, FOR USE BY THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
On this the 15th day of December 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-,
ed by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved the request of Sheriff Clifton A.
Greeson, to pay off a lien on one 1987 Dodge Ramcharger seized in a narcotics raid, forfeited
to the Kerr County Sheriff's Office - Re: District Court - 216th Judicial District, Cause
No. 87-208-A, in the amount of $12,473.01.
Said vehicle to be used by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department, and that said funds
generated from the sale of confiscated property in connection with said Cause No. 87-208-A,
as well as funds generated from sale of surplus vehicle, shall be credited to Capital Outlay
#10-560-570.
