On this the 14th day of December 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded

' of Precinct One, Patricia Knox, to amend her budget for 1987-1988, by increasing her budget
in the amount of $375.00, Code No. 10-455-570, for purchase of a radio.

NO. 17607 APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF WEST CREEK HEIGHTS
On this the 15th day of December 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Ray and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards voting
"AYE", and Commissioners Holland and Lich voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority
vote, approving the REPEAT OF WEST CREEK HEIGHTS as presented, and to pay a $50.00 filing
fee, but to waive the $10.00 per lot filing fee for the 32 lots, subject to the County
Attorney's approval.

NO. 17608 APPROVAL OF MAINTENANCE OF SHALAKO DRIVE IN COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT FOUR
On this the 15th day of December 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin,
seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of maintenance of
SHALAKO DRIVE (a distance of 3918.51 feet), located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct
No. Four, effective as of this date, and as recommended by Kerr County Road Engineer Gerald
W. Menefee.
