Enqineer, be authorized to review plats submitted to the City of Ingram, with particular
attention to any drainage problems which might appear as to property requested to be approved '
for platting, and that Kerr County will have no liability in connection with such review.

NO. 17602 APPROVAL OF FIRST QUARTERLY PAYMENT TO THE KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR I
TAX APPRAISAI, OFFICE EXPENSES FOR 1988
On this the 14th day of December 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Holland, Ray, and Lich and County Judge Edwards
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Baldwin voting "NAY", a majority vote of the Court approved the ~
first quarterly payment to the KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT for tax appraisal office
expenses for the year 1988, in the amount of $18,537.00.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to
draw a voucher on the General Fund (10-660-471), payable to the KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL
DISTRICT, in the above amount.

On the 14th day of December 1987, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, with
a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of various
County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1987-1988, as provided for
in Article 3912e, Sections 2 and 6, R.C.S. of Texas. Upon :lotion duly made by Commissioner
Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered'
that the County Officials and Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis,
