COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED IN SPECIAL Si.SSION ON NOVEMBER 30th, 1987 at 7:40
P. M, in the County Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse, at which time a public hearing ',
was held, for adoption of a proposed 30 mile per hour speed limit for Valley View between
ji Ranchero Road and Southway, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct One, and as
recommended by Kerr County Road Engineer, Gerald W. Menefee.
3 members of the public were present at the hearing. One member of the public expressed
his opinion regarding the speed limit.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED WITH ALL MEMBERS PRESENT, and the Court having
duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 17594 APPROVAL OF 30 MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT FOR VALLEY VIEW, BETWEEN RANCHERO ROAD
AND SOUTHWAY, EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 15th, 1987
On this the 30th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved a 30 mile per hour speed limit for Valley
View, between Ranchero Road and Southway, in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct One, effec-
tive as of December 15th, 1987.

NO. 17595 MOTION TO ADJOURN COMMISSIONERS' COURT MEETING
On this the 30th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved that the Commissioners' Court Meeting
