That a Texas Community Development Program Application Community Development Project Funding is hereby authorized to be filed on the behalf of the County with the Texas Department of Community Affairs. 2. That the County's Application be placed in competition for funding under the Community Development Project Fund. 3. That the Application be for $268,700 of Grant Funds to carry out STREET WIDENING AND PAVING on Ranchero Road in Kerrville, Kerrville South, Kerr County, Texas between State Hwy. 16 to Intersection of Monroe Drive and Ranchero Road. 4. That Kerr County has committed to providing Engineering and General Administration Services. 5. That the Texas State Highway Department has committed $30,000.00 toward construction of a right turn lane off State Highway 16 to Ranchero Road at the east end of the Project Area. 6. That the Commissioners' Court directs and designates the County Judge as the County's Chief Executive Officer and Authorized Representative to act in all matters in connection with, this Application and the County's participation in the Texas Community Development Program. M. in the County Courtroom was moved to the District Courtroom to accomodate the large crowd. A public hearing was held in the Kerr County District Courtroom of the Kerr County Court- '' house on November 30th, 1987 at 6:00 o'clock P. M., concerning a proposed Regulation Limiting the Use of Firearms in the Unincorporated Areas of Kerr County. Approximately 175 members of the public were present at the hearing. All parties making a request were given the opportunity to speak and were heard by the Court. Approximately 54 members of the public expressed their opinions concerning the use of I firearms.
