That the Application be for $268,700 of Grant Funds to carry out STREET WIDENING AND PAVING on Ranchero Road in Kerrville, Kerrville South, Kerr County, Texas between State Hwy. 16 to Intersection of Monroe Drive and Ranchero Road. 4. That Kerr County has committed to providing Engineering and General Administration j' Services. ' 5. That the Texas State Highway Department has committed $30,000.00 toward construction of a right turn lane off State Highway 16 to Ranchero Road at the east end of the Project Area, ~' 6. That the Commissioners' Court directs and designates the County Judge as the County's Chief Executive Officer and Authorized Representative to act in all matters in connection with this Application and the County's participation in the Texas Community Development Program.
