by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved the request of Gerald W. Menefee, Road
Engineer, for approval of a Budget Amendment, by transferring $5,000.00, from Contract Fees
15-611-553 to Part-time Salaries 15-611-108.

N0. 17589 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 20th day of November 1987, came on to be considered by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Road and Bridge, County
Law Library, Juvenile State Aid, Indigent Health Care and 216th District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Ray,
Lich and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioner Baldwin "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING",
said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving that said bills be paid, with the exception
of Invoice No. 1183.

Lane Wolters from Upper Guadalupe River Authority was present and discussed proposed
rules of Kerr County for Private Sewage Facilities.
County Judge Edwards was present at 2:00 o'clock P. M. and Victor Lich, Commissioner
of Precinct 3,was present at 2:35 o'clock P. M., and the workshop concerning private sewage
facilities was discussed at length.
No orders were passed.
Proposed order and rules for private sewage facilities will be considered at the regular
December 1987 term.
