by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the 1987 Tax Rolls, submitted by
the Kerr County Tax Assessor-Colledtor of Kerr County, Texas, which contain a correct and full. „~
list of the real and personal property subject to taxation and that the appraised value of the
property is the true and market value as reflected by the certified values furnished by the
Appraisal District.

Engineer, for a change of status of JORGE VELEZ, from temporary employee to full-time employee,
effective December 1st, 1987, at a salary of $12,851.00 per annum, $1,070.92 monthly, $535.46
semi-monthly, effective as of December 1st, 1987, payable out of Road & Bridge Fund.

On this the 20th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded

Edwards "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving the
REPEAT OF LOT 34 IN WOOD TRAILS RANCH, with no variances and without notice, located in Kerr
County Commissioner's Precinct No. 4.
All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to
the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984. "'

of Precinct 3,was present at 2:35 o'clock P. M., and the workshop concerning private sewage
facilities was discussed at length.
No orders were passed.
Proposed order and rules for private sewage facilities will be considered at the regular
December 1987 term.
