NO. 17584 APPROVAL OF 1987 TAX ROLLS BY COMMISSIONERS' COURT
On this the 20th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the 1987 Tax Rolls, submitted by
the Kerr County Tax Assessor-Colledtor of Kerr County, Texas, which contain a correct and full
I list of the real and personal property subject to taxation and that the appraised value of the
I~ property is the true and market value as reflected by the certified values furnished by the
I Appraisal District.

by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of FRANCES JOHNSON,
PART-TIME DEPUTY DISTRICT CLERK, be ratified and confirmed, effective as of November 10th,
1987.

N0. 17586 APPROVAL OF CHANGE OF STATUS OF JORGE VELEZ FROM TEMPORARY EMPLOYEE TO FULL-TIME
EMPLOYEE, EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1st, 1987
On this the 20th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved the request of Gerald W. Menefee, Road
Engineer, for a change of status of JORGE VELEZ, from temporary employee to full-time employee,
effective December 1st, 1987, at a salary of $12,851.00 per annum, $1,070.92 monthly, $535.46
semi-monthly, effective as of December 1st, 1987, payable out of Road & Bridge Fund.

NO. 17587 APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF LOT 34 in WOOD TRAILS RANCH
On this the 20th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded
by Commissioner Ray, with Commissioners Ray, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE" and County Judge
Edwards "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving the
REPEAT OF LOT 34 IN WOOD TRAILS RANCH, with no variances and without notice, located in Kerr
County Commissioner's Precinct No. 4.
All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to
the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
