COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED IN REGULAR SESSION ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 13th, 1987
at 1:00 o'clock P. M., with all members of the Court present, and the Court having duly
opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 17576 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED AGREEMENT BETWEEN CAVERN D. HARRIS, TRUSTEE, AND THE COUNTY
OF KERR
On this the 13th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved a proposed agreement between CAVERN
D. HARRIS, TRUSTEE, of Kerr County, Texas, his successors and assigns, hereinafter called
"Trustee", and the COUNTY OF KERR, of Kerr County, Texas, hereinafter called "County" - Re:
a tract of land one hundred twenty feet (120') in width for the purpose of constructing a
road, such road to be called "Connection Road", to connect Bear Creek Road to Indian Creek
Road.

At this time Commissioner Holland was absent.

PdO. 17577 ORDER AMENDING ORDER N0. 15071, DATED JUNE 13th, 1983, RE: ORDER IDENTIFYING
RESTRICTED PARKING AREAS IN UPPER LEVEL OF COURTHOUSE YARD AND ESTABLISHING ONE
WAY TRAFFIC FLOW
On this the 13th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that Order No. 15071, dated
June 13th, 1983, Re: Order Identifying Restricted Parkinq Areas in Upper Level of Courthouse
Yard and Establishing One Way Traffic Flow, be amended, by deleting a portion of the first
paragraph which reads: "that parking spaces on the east and west sides of the courthouse yard
be restricted to two hour parking", and by adding the following: "that effective December 1st,
1987, all parking spaces in the Courthouse yard be limited to two hour parking."

A discussion was held regarding jail space. - - - - - No orders were passed.

On this the 13th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the Commissioners' Court Meeting
be adjourned.
