On this the 10th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Ray and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards voting
"AYE" and Commissioners Holland and Lich "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by
a majority vote, approving the purchase of two Macintosh Computers and related software, in
an amount of not to exceed $10,000.00.

NO. 17575 ORDER AUTHORIZING PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED SPEED LIMIT FOR VALLEY VIEW BETWEEN
RANCHERO ROAD AND SOUTHWAY
On this the 10th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved that a notice of public
hearing be held on Monday, November 30th, 1987 at 6:15 o'clock P. M., in the County Court-
room of the Kerr County Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas, for adoption of a proposed 30 mile
per hour speed limit for Valley View between Ranchero Road and Southway, located in Kerr
County Commissioner's Precinct One, and as recommended by Gerald W. Menefee, Kerr County
Road Engineer.
