N0. 17562 APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF ASSISTANT COUNTY ATTORNEY, EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 15th, 1987
On this the 10th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that County Attorney Gary E. Kersey be
authorized to employ a full-time Assistant County Attorney at a salary of $30,000.00 per
annum, effective as of November 15th, 1987, payable out of the General Fund.

division in Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, with no commitment for hard surfacing of roads
and minimal maintenance during the next year, as recommended by Kerr County Road Engineer
Gerald W. Menefee.

On this the 10th day of November 1987, upon motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF RANCH 2039,
with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, with suggested
revisions of lot numbers.
All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to
the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
