NO. 17559 ORDER APPROVING PAYMENT OF ELECTION OFFICIALS AND RENT, ETC., FOR USE OF BUILDING IN HOLDING CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 3rd, 1987 On this the 9th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by j Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the payment of Maims of the Election Officials as per claims on file, at $4.00 per hour and the Presiding Judges $20.00 for bringing in the returns of the Election, including the Absentee Box, and payments to various places for use of buildings, lights, etc., in holding the Constitutional Amendment Election on November 3rd, 1987. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 17560 APPROVAL OF CONTRACT FOR DETENTION OF JUVENILE OFFENDERS FROM GILLESPIE COUNTY On this the 9th day of November 1987, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of request from the COUNTY OF GILLESPIE that Kerr County Juvenile Detention Center provide detention facilities for juveniles from Gillespie County, and contract with proposed fees of $50.00 per day per child for such services. Upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unani- mously approved a Contract for Detention of Juvenile Offenders, by and between the COUNTY OF KERR and the COUNTY OF GILLESPIE for one year, commencing on the 1st day of October 1987 and terminating on the 30th day of September 1988, with option by either party to terminate contract upon thirty calendar days' written notice to the other party.
