Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin,
the Court unanimously approved that the returns as canvassed and tabulated in Volume 7, Pages',
64 thru 74, Record of Election Returns, and as certified thereto by each member of the Court,
are in all respects approved.

NO. 17557 RETURNS OF A SPECIAL ROAD TAX ELECTION FOR RESIDENTS OF WEST CREEK HEIGHTS
SUBDIVISION CANVASSED & TABULATED
On this the 9th day of November 1987, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the Special Road Tax Election for Residents of
West Creek Heights Subdivision, held on November 3rd, 1987, "Adopting a 154 per $100.00
evaluation Special Road Tax for Roundabout Lane and that portion of Sandy Lane that lies
within the West Creek Heights Subdivision", recorded in Volume 4, Page 107, of the Plat
~ Records of Kerr County, Texas, and to levy annually ad valorem taxes on all taxable property
with the subdivision to redeem $17,300 principal for the purpose of the construction, main-
', tenance and operation of paved roads, or in aid of these purposes within the Subdivision.
', The Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the Special Election are of the
', opinion that said returns are true and correct and should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the
Court unanimously approved that the returns as canvassed and tabulated in Volume 7, Page 63,
Record of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texas, and as certified thereto by each member of
the Court, are in all respects approved.

N0. 17558 RESOLUTION DETERMINING VOTES TO BE CAST BY KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' COURT
FOR ELECTION OF DIRECTORS OF THE KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT
On this the 9th day of November 1987 came on to be considered by the Court, the matter
of determining the votes to be cast by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court, and the matter
of causing the same to be cast; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on
motion by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin and unanimously approved by
the Court that the 1043 votes which have heretofore been allocated to Kerr County be cast
as follows:
JULIUS R. NEUNHOFFER 835 votes
ED LANGE 208 votes
and it is further ordered that the County Judge be authorized and directed to so cast the
aforesaid votes on the official ballot provided for this purpose and to return the same to
JUANITA R. MAPLES, CHIEF APPRAISER OF THE KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT.
