~~ CULLUM LAKE ESTATES, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct 4.
All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY
SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments
to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on
April 9th, 1984.

USE OF FIREARMS IN THE UNINCORPORATED AREAS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 9th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved an order authorizing a Notice of
Public Hearing under Article 2372FF, Sections 1 through 5, concerning a Regulation limiting
the use of firearms in the unincorporated areas of Kerr County.
' Said hearing to be held on Monday, November 30th, 1987 at 5:30 o'clock P. M., in the
' County Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas.

On this the 9th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
' by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved an order authorizing a Notice of Public
Hearing concerning screening and regulating junk yards and/or salvage yards, effective
January 1st, 1988.
Said hearing to be held on Monday, November 30th, 1987 at 6:00 o'clock P. M., in the
County Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas.

CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 9th day of November 1987, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
~ to be canvassed, to determine the results of the Constitutional Amendment Election held on
November 3rd, 1987, and the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the Eighteen
Precincts and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns, after
' having been opened and canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved.
