On this the 9th day of November 1987, came on to be considered by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which ._.

Law Library, Juvenile State Aid and 216th District Probation Funds.

On this the 9th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Lich and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards voting
"AYE", Commissioner Ray "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", and Commissioner Holland voting "NAY",
said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving payment to THE WALL STREET JOURNAL in the
amount of $119.00 for the Treasurer's annual subscription (Code No. 10-497-485).
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the above amount, payable to THE WALL STREET JOURNAL. ~

On this the 9th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved a SECOND ADDENDUM TO THE AMBULANCE
CONTRACT WITH AMCARE AMBULANCE SERVICES, ID1C., subject to concurrence by the City of Kerrville.
It is ordered by the Court that County Judge Danny R. Edwards be authorized to execute

ROAD AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
On this the 9th day of November 1987, upon recommendation of Gerald W. Menefee, Kerr
County Road Engineer, motion was made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner
Holland, and unanimously approved by the Court to accept the bid from GOLD PAVING & AGGRE-
GATE, INC. (P.O. Box 842, Fredericksburg, Texas 78624), on FALL BRANCH ESTATES ROAD AND
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, total bid being in amount of $24,538.00.
