NO. 17542 BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OF PRECINCT ONE
On this the 9th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Holland, Lich and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Ray "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority
vote, approving a budget amendment for the Justice of the Peace of Precinct One, creating
Capital Outlay Line Item #10-455-570 and transferring $50.00 from Miscellaneous #10-455-499 to
Capital Outlay.

NO. 17543 APPROVAL OF BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
On this the 9th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved a budget amendment for the County
'! Attorney's Office, by creating line item #10-475-440, for payment of utilities in the amount
of $750.00.

NO. 17544 APPROVAL OF BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
On this the 9th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a budget amendment for the Sheriff's
Department to decrease line item #10-560-570 - Capital Outlay in the amount of $2500.00 and
to increase line item No. 10-560-309 - Postage by like amount.
