I o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 17538 BID FOR FOUR 1988 FOUR-DOOR SEDANS FOR USE BY THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT' WAS REFERRED TO THE SHERIFF On this the 9th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded j' by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Holland, Lich, and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ray voting "NAY", the Court approved by a majority vote that the one bid received for four 1988 four-door sedans (police special) for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department, be referred to the Sheriff for study and recommendation. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 17539 ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF HILL COUNTRY MOTORS, IPdC., FOR FOUR 1988 CHEVROLET FOUR-DOOR SEDANS FOR USE BY THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT On this the 9th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of HILL COUNTRY MOTORS, INC., for four 1988 Chevrolet Caprice four-door Sedans (Police Special) in the total amount of $48,771.08; and that at time of delivery, Hill Country Motors, Inc. will sell any or all four replaced vehicles (two 1982 Chevrolet 4-door sedans, one 1981 Plymouth 4-door sedan, and one 1982 Dodge 4-door sedan) at wholesale to the highest bidder and apply all proceeds to the above price. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o The taking and receiving of bids on FALL BRANCH ESTATES ROAD AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS by thel Road Engineer was until 10:00 A. N0. 17540 BIDS ON FALL BRANCH ESTATES ROAD AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS REFERRED TO KERR COUNTY' ROAD ENGINEER FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION On this the 9th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the four (4) bids received on FALL BRANCH ESTATES ROAD AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS be referred to Gerald W. Menefee, Kerr County Road Engineer, for study and recommendations. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 17541 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO THE CITY OF KERRVILLE IN THE AMOUNT OF $13,541.67 On this the 9th day of November 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved payment to the CITY OF KERRVILLE in the amount of $13,541.67 for October 1987, as per budget agreement. Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Ray and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the KERR COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY FUND in the above amount, payable to the City of Kerrville.) j---
