COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL EMERGENCY SESSION ON OCTOBER 29th, 1987
at 2:00 o'clock P. M., with the following members present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:

NO. 17537 ORDER RELEASING SECURITIES PLEDGED BY CHAS. SCHREINER BANK TO SECURE KERR COUNTY
FUNDS
On this the 29th day of October, 1987, came on to be considered by the Court the matter

of request from the Chas. Schreiner Bank that Kerr County release certain securities pledged
by said Bank to secure funds on deposit by Kerr County; and it appearing to the Court that
said securities should be released as requested; it is therefore ordered on motion by Commis-
sioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, and unanimously approved by the Court
that the request from Chas. Schreiner Bank be granted and that the following securities listf
below be released:
