COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on Thursday, October 22nd, 1987
~t 10:00 o'clock A. M., with the following members present:
DANNY R. EDWARDS	County Judge

BILL RAY	Commissioner	Precinct	2
VICTOR LICH	Commissioner	Precinct	3
H. A. BALDWIN	Commissioner	Precinct	4
end the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
JO. 17524 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS & ACCOUNTS
On this the 22nd day of October 1987, came on to be considered by the Court the various
;laims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
;laims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Road & Bridge, County Law
Library, Juvenile State Aid, Traffic Safety, Indigent Health Care, and 216th District
Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Ray and unanimously
approved that said bills be paid.

N0. 17525 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF INVOICE NO. 165 and INVOICE N0. 166 TO YOLANDA ROSENBERG
AS INTERPRETER
On this the 22nd day of October 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved payment of Invoice IQo. 165 in the
amount of $30.00 and Invoice No. 166 in the amount of $90.00 to YULANDA ROSENBERG, as
~~ Interpreter in County Court at Law.
i It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw vouchers in the above amounts, payable out of the General Fund to YOLANDA t:USENBERG.

N0. 17526 MOTION TO ACCEPT MAINTENANCE OF ROADS IN VALLE VERDE SUBDIVISION IN KBRR COUNTY
COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT N0. FOUR
On this the 22nd day of October 1987, a motion was made by Commissioner Baldwin, and
seconded by Commissioner Lich, that the County accept maintenance of Karen Drive and
Elizabeth Drive in Valle Verde Subdivision, with Commissioners Baldwin and Lich voting "AYE"

seconded by Commissioner Holland, to table Item No. 3 - Consideration of maintenance for Kare:i

Drive and Elizabeth Drive, Valle Verde Subdivision, on the Commissioners' Court Agenda for
October 22nd, 1987.
Commissioners Holland and Ray and County Judge Edwards voted "AYE" and Commissioners
Lich and Baldwin voted "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving that item
No. 3 be tabled.
