COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED IN REGULAR SESSION ON OCTOBER 15th, 1987 at 1:30
o'clock P. M. in the Kerr County Courtroom, with all members present, and the Court having
duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 17523 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF ELM'v400D
On this the 15th day of October 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF ELh1WOOD, located
in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Two, with no variances.
All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to
~i the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
