AND LEASE OF LINE CHARGE OF $1.50 PER MONTH
On this the 14th day of October 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved an installation fee to the Kerrville
Telephone Company in the amount of $58.00 and lease of line charge in the amount of $1.50 per
month, so that Metromedia can install their switching equipment for the basement and first
floor of the Courthouse.

DISTRICT
On this the 14th day of October 1987, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
i the matter of nominations to be made for the Board of Directors of the Kerr Central Appraisal
District as created pursuant to the provisions of Vernon's Texas Codes Annotated, Tax Code,
Article 6.01; and it appearing to the Court that Kerr County is entitled to make nominations
for the Directors of the District who are to be elected pursuant to applicable provisions
of said Tax Code, Article 6.03, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, and unanimously approved by the Court that the following be nominated
and designated by Kerr County as candidates to be placed on the ballot for the election of
the Board of Directors of the said Central Appraisal District, as listed below:

NO. 17522 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO THE CITY OF KERRVILLE IN THE AMOUNT OF $608.68 FOR LIBRARY
EXPENSES
On this the 14th day of October 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Ray, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE" and Commissioner
Holland "ABSTAINLNG FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving payment
to the CITY OF KERRVILLE for library expenses in the amount of $608.68 (which is the balance
in the Kerr County Public Library Account - #19-103-100).
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to
draw a voucher in the above amount, payable to the CITY OF KERRVILLE, out of the Kerr County
Public Library Fund.
