NO. 17510 ORDER SETTING PAY OF GRAND JURORS, PETIT JURORS AND SPECIAL VENIREMEN IN DIS'PRICT
COURT AND OF JURORS IN COUNTY COURTS
On this the 13th day of October 1987, came on to be heard and considered by the Court,
' the matter of fixing the compensation of Grand Jurors, Petit Jurors and Special Veniremen
' in the District Court of Kerr County and of Jurors in the County Courts of Kerr County, as
is required to be done annually by Article 2122, Vernon Civil Statutes and Article 1056 of
the Code of Criminal Procedure; and after due consideration, it is ordered on motion by
Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland, and unanimously approved by the Court,
that the compensation to be paid to all Grand Jurors and Petit Jurors and Special Veniremen
shall be fixed at $7.50 per day, including those summoned but excused after having been sworn;
provided, however, that county, Justice of the Peace and District Court Jurors and Grand
Jurors actually impaneled and sworn shall be $10.00 per day.

Agreement between REVCO DISCOUNT DRUG CENTERS, INC., and KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, beginning
October 1st, 1987 through September 30th, 1988.
