~' On this the 13th day of October 1987, came on to be considered by the Court, the Semi-

Annual Report of all receipts and disbursements, of the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the
Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by
her in her hands for the period from April 1st, 1987 through September 30th, 1987, and held
on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $63,596.92, and it appearing to

the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners

Holland, Lich, and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ray
"ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion was approved by a majority vote of the Court.

' N0. 17508 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S QUARTERLY REPORT ENDING SEPTEMBER 30th, 1987
On this the 13th day of October 1987, in Regular Session of the Commissioners' Court,
came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy H. Hilburn, County Treasurer of Kerr
County, Texas, for the period beginning July 1st, 1987 and ending September 30th, 1987, and
the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part hereof, and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since

j the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct
as therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said report be, and the same is hereby approved
and the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts of said
Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, and unanimously
approved by the Court.

On this the 13th day of October 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, it was unanimously approved by the Court that Item No. 11 on October
13th, 1987 Commissioners' Court Agenda, Re: APPROVE TERMINATION OF SUB-LEASE TO AVIATION
MUSEUM OF TEXAS BY SOUTHWEST REGIONGL FLY-IN, INC., be tabled.
