On this the 13th day of October 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of DR. LEONARD MARKS
as Medical Director of AbICARE AMBULANCE AND MEDICAL SERVICES, subject to concurrence by the
City of Kerrville.

NO. 17498 APPROVAL OF CONTRACT CHANGE WITH AMCARE AMBULANCE AND MEDICAL SERVICES
On this the 13th day of October 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved a contract change with AbICARE AMEULAI~E
AND MEDICAL SERVICES, as to Sec. VII E. 11. - Requiring that AMCARE maintain proper communica-,
tions between ambulances and the hospital emergency room during life threatening situations,
subject to concurrence by the City of Kerrville.

voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving leaving contract subsidy payments to AD4CARE AMBULANCE AND MEDICAL SERVICES at
~, $6,250.00 per month (County's portion $3,125.00 per month), and not reducing same due to
lesser rent payment as provided in the AMCARE Contract, subject to concurrence by the City
of Kerrville.

N0. 17500 APPROVAL OF REIMBURSEMENT TO AMCARE AMBULANCE AND MEDICAL SERVICES FOR MISSING
EQUIPMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $333.34 AS KERR COUNTY'S PORTION
On this the 13th day of October 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved reimbursement to AMCARE AMBULANCE AND
' MEDICAL SERVICES to replace missing ambulance equipment at time of taking operations, Kerr
County's one-third portion being in the amount of $333.34, subject to concurrence by the
City of Kerrville.

NO. 17501 APPROVAL OF REIMBURSEMENT TO AMCARE AMBULANCE AND MEDICAL SERVICES FOR RELOCATION
IN THE AMOUNT OF $793.50
On this the 13th day of October 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
', by Commissioner Ray, with Commissioners Holland and Ray and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE
' and Commissioners Lich and Baldwin voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving reimbursement to AMCARE AMBULANCE AND MEDICAL SERVIDES for employee relocation
'' costs, Kerr County's portion being $793.50, payable out of General Fund, subject to con-
currence by the City of Kerrville.
