M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present: DANNY R. BALDWIN Commissioner Precinct 4 at which time a public hearing was held on the proposed salary increases for certain elected officials of Kerr County, Texas. 2 members of the public were present at the public hearing. M., October 13th, 1987. o-o-o-O-o-o-o-o-o-o COMMISSIONERS' COURT reconvened in Regular Session on October 13th, 1987 at 10:16 o'clock A. M., with all members present, and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 17493 ORDER SETTING SALARIES OF ELECTED OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, FOR FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1st, 1987 On this the 13th day of October 1987, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of setting salaries of elected officials and employees of Kerr County, pursuant to applicable laws of the State of Texas; and it appearing to the Court that said salaries and allowances have been agreed upon through budgetary processes. Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved the salaries and allowances of elected officials and employees, for the fiscal year, effective as of October 1st, 1987, plus budgeted amounts for merit increases for certain employees, during the new fiscal year, as per schedule on file. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o CIO. 17494 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 13th day of October 1987, came on to be considered by the court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Road and Bridge, County Law Library, Juvenile State Aid, Indigent Health Care and 216th District Probation. .`4otion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that said bills be paid, with exception of Invoice No. 165 and No. 166. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 17495 RATIFICATION OF CHARGES BY AMCARE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES On this the 13th day of October 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved ratification of charges by AMCARE Emergency Medical Services, effective immediately, for indigent health care rates for indigents, i of Kerr County and prisoners taken from the jail to Sid Peterson Hospital, rates will be discounted at loo and an additional discount of 10~, if payment is made within thirty days from receipt of invoice. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
