It is ordered by the Court that County Judge Edwards be authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Kerr County. (Agreement on file, but not recorded.) o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 17487 MOTION TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO THE 1987-1988 BUDGET FOR THE ROAD AND BRIDGE DEPARTMENT On this the 24th day of September 1987, a motion was made by Commissioner Ray to approve an Amendment to the 1987-1988 Budget for the Road and Bridge Department, by transferring $11,000.00 from contract to temporary, subject to availability of work. Motion was seconded by County Judge Edwards, with Commissioner Ray and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioners Lich and Baldwin voting "NAY", said motion failed. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 17488 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT FOR POSTAGE FOR THE KERR COUNTY EXTENSION OFFICE On this the 24th day of September 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved payment not to exceed an amount of $90.00 for postage for the Kerr County Extension Office.
