On this the 24th day of September 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the REPEAT OF PART OF TRACT N0. 16
OF CLEAR SPRING RANCHES NO. ONE, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's
Precinct No. One.
All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments
to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th,
1984.

NO. 17486 APPROVAL OF INDEMNITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN SAN ANTONIO
SAVINGS ASSOCIATION AND KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 24th day of September 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved an INDEMNITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREE-
MENT, by and between SAN ANTONIO SAVINGS ASSN. and KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, concerning FALL
BRANCH ESTATES, a Subdivision in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four.
It is ordered by the Court that County Judge Edwards be authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of Kerr County. (Agreement on file, but not recorded.)

N0. 17487 MOTION TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO THE 1987-1988 BUDGET FOR THE ROAD AND BRIDGE
DEPARTMENT
On this the 24th day of September 1987, a motion was made by Commissioner Ray to
approve an Amendment to the 1987-1988 Budget for the Road and Bridge Department, by
transferring $11,000.00 from contract to temporary, subject to availability of work.
Motion was seconded by County Judge Edwards, with Commissioner Ray and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioners Lich and Baldwin voting "NAY", said motion failed.

NO. 17488 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT FOR POSTAGE FOR THE KERR COUNTY EXTENSION OFFICE
On this the 24th day of September 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved payment not to exceed an amount of $90.00
for postage for the Kerr County Extension Office.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to: TEXAS AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION SERVICE for
the postage.

On this the 24th day of September 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
