No variance on septic tanks in Subdivision. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 17482 RESOLUTION On this the 24th day of September 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved to accept a proposal by Poo Ranch Business Manager, John Givens, of a new 60 foot right-of-way for a (20 foot wide driving surface gravel road), to be built by and at the expense of Mo Ranch, west of its property line, which would reduce traffic through the Presbyterian Church Assembly and still provide access to property owners beyond the ranch land. Said site has been inspected by Kerr County Road Engineer Gerald W. Menefee and he has drawn preliminary plans for the new road. ~ i. HILL, JR., RUSSELL S. HINSON, AND RICHARD CARPENTER, III, AS FULL TIME EMPLOYEES IN THE ROAD AND BRIDGE DEPARTMENT On this the 24th day of September 1987, a motion was made by Commissioner Ray to approve' the request of Gerald W. Menefee, Kerr County Road Engineer, for employment of the following as full time employees, effective as of October 1st, 1987: Ruben J. Hi11, Jr., Equipment Operator, Pay Group 12/4 at $6.75 per hour, Russell S. Hinson, Equipment Operator, Pay Group 12/1, at $6.12 per hour, ' and Richard Carpenter, III, Equipment Operator, Pay Group 12/4, at $6.75 per hour.
