AMENDMENT TO
CITY/COUNTY FIRE FIGHTING AGREEMENT
This Amendment by and between the CITY OF KERRVILLE, herein called "City" and COUNTY
OF KERR, herein called "County" to that certain original City/County Fire Fighting Agreement
effective October 1, 1979, as follows:
1. The term of this Amendment shall begin on October 1, 1987, and terminate on
September 30, 1988.
2. For the fire services to be rendered hereunder, County shall pay to City the monthly
sum of Four Thousand One Hundred Sixty Six and 67/100 ($4,166.67) Dollars. 'Phe first payment
hereunder shall be due and payable on October 15, 1987, for the month of October 1987, and
such payments shall continue on the fifteenth day of each successive calendar month for twelve
(12) consecutive calendar months, with the last payment due hereunder due and payable on
September 15, 1988.
3. Except as amended herein, all of the provisions of the original Agreement, effective
October 1, 1979, shall be in effect.

BEGINNING OCTOBER 1st, 1987 AND ENDING SEPTEiv1BER 30th, 1988
On this the 24th day of September 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved renewal of a Mandated Provider
Contract, between ALL PHYSICIANS (MEDICAL DOCTORS) ON STAFF AT SID PETERSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
and KERB COUNTY, TEXAS, for period beginning October 1st, 1987 through September 30th, 1988.

NO. 17480 ORDER RELEASING SECURITIES PLEDGED BY CHAS. SCHREINER BANK TO SECURE KERR COUNTY
FUNDS
On this the 24th day of September, 1987, came on to be considered by the court the
matter of request from the Chas. Schreiner Sank that Kerr County release certain securities
pledged by said Bank to secure funds on deposit by Kerr County; and it appearing to the
Court that said securities should be released as requested; it is therefore ordered on
motion by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the
Court that the request from Chas. Schreiner Bank be granted and that the following securities
listed below be released:
