by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that a portion of Order No.
17439, dated August 31st, 1987, be rescinded, regarding purchase of one 1984 Chevrolet
Impala 4 dr. sedan in the amount of $4,600.00 from Bryant Motors (due to a transmission
problem).
(Check No. 2659, dated 9/1/1987 in the above amount has been returned to the Kerr County
Treasurer.)

Bryant Motors, in the amount of $5,600.00 less trade-in of one 1982 Dodge Diplomat, VIN
#EB3BG26N8CR157340, in the amount of $1,000.00. (Net price - $4,600.00)
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher in the amount of $4,600.00, payable to BRYANT MOTORS out of the General
Fund.
