COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION ON SEPTEMBER 24th, 1987, at
10:00 o'clock A. M., with the following officers present:
DANNY R. EDWARDS County Judge
BILL RAY Commissioner Precinct 2
VICTOR LICH Commissioner Precinct 3
H. A. BALDWIN Commissioner Precinct 4
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 17467 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS & ACCOUNTS
On this the 24th day of September 1987, came on to be considered by the Court, the
various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts,
which claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Road and Bridge,
Public Library, Criminal Justice, Traffic Safety, Indigent Health Care, and 216th District
Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners
Lich and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioner Ray "ABSTAINING FROt.i
VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving that said bills be paid.

NO. 17468 APPROVAL OF WORK ORDER TO RELOCATE ELECTRICAL SERVICE LINES AT THE HILL
COUNTRY YOUTH EXHIBITION CENTER
On this the 24th day of September 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a work order to relocate electrical
service lines at the Hill Country Youth Exhibition Center and that County Judge Edwards be
authorized to send the request to the Lower Colorado River Authority for the proposed change.'

NO. 17469 APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENT OF THREE ADDITIONAL BOARD MEMBERS TO THE KERR COUNTY
CHILD SERVICES BOARD, ACCEPTANCE OF RESIGNATION OF DR. BRENDANLY DOUGLAS AS
A BOARD DIEMBER, AND APPROVAL OF BUDGET AS SUBMITTED
On this the 24th day of September 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of three additional
members to the Kerr County Child Services Board, listed as follows:
1. Robert Lockaby
2. Laura Gamble
and
3. Carlos A. Guerra, M. D., and,
approved the resignation of Board Member, Dr. Brendanly Douglas.
The Kerr County Child Services Board Budget for 1987-1988 was approved as submitted.

name for a County Road (Buster Baldwin)

NO. 17470 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO T. H. BACCUS, SR., IN THE AMOUNT OF $450.00 FOR MOWING
NICHOLS AND SUNSET CEMETERIES
On this the 24th day of September 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved that the County Treasurer and County
Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund (10-660-400), payable to T. H.
BACCUS, SR., in the amount of $450.00 for mowing the Nichols and Sunset Cemeteries.
