seconded by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the polling
place of Election Precinct No. 16, be changed from the Starkey School to St. Paul's Methodist',',
Church, 135 Methodist Encampment Road, Kerrville, Texas 78028. ~',

NO. 17451 APPROVAL OF CONTRACT FOR DETENTION OF JUVENILE OFFENDERS FROM KENDALL COUNTY
On this the 14th day of September 1987, came on to be considered by the Court the matter''
of request from the COUNTY OF KENDALL that Kerr County Juvenile Detention Center provide
~ detention facilities for juveniles from Kendall County, and contract with proposed fees of
!, $50.00 per day per child for such services.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unani-
mously approved a Contract for Detention of Juvenile Offenders, by and between the COUNTY OF
KERR and the COUNTY OF KENDALL for one year, commencing on the 17th day of April 1987 and
terminating on the 16th day of April 1988, with option by either party to terminate contract
upon thirty calendar days' written notice to the other party.
It is further ordered by the Court that County Judge Edwards execute the contract on
behalf of Kerr County.

N0. 17452 APPROVAL OF FOURTH QUARTERLY PAYMENT TO THE KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR
APPRAISAL OFFICE EXPENSES FOR THE YEAR 1987
On this the 14th day of September 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the fourth quarterly payment to the
JERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT for tax appraisal office expenses for the year 1987, in the
amount of $14,368.40.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to the KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT, in

confirmed, effective as of September 1st, 1987.
