Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved payments for four deputies in the Kerr
County Sheriff's Department to attend the Attorney General's Conference on Law Enforcement,
September 17th and 18th, 1987 (Deputies Brad Alford, A. J. Davis, Gary Chapman and James
I Trolinger).
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw vouchers on the General Fund (10-560-485), payable to the following: '
I Attorney General's Conference Fund in the amount of $80.00,
and
Waller Creek Plaza Hotel in the amount of $120.00.

On this the 31st day of August 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved payment to NDAA INSURANCE SERVICES
OFFICE in the amount of $3,382.40 for professional liability coverage, criminal defense
coverage and punitive damages coverage for county Attorney, Gary E. Kersey.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund (10-475-206) in the above amount, payable to NDAA
Insurance Services Office.

NO. 17437 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING PROPOSED Ab1ENDMENTS TO SEPTIC TANK REQUIREMENTS
On this the 31st day of August 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved that a public hearing be held at the
Regular October Term of Commissioners' Court on October 13th, 1987 at 1:30 o'clock P. M., for
purposes of considering the increasing of minimum lot size for private septic tank facilities
to a minimum of 22,500 square feet and consider such other changes in septic tank regulation
as may be necessary to prevent and/or abate pollution or injury to public health caused by
or that may be caused by private sewage facilities.

On this the 31st day of August, 1987, came on to be considered by the Court the matter
I of request from Chas. Schreiner Bank that Kerr County release a certain security pledged
by said Bank to secure funds on deposit by Kerr County; and it appearing to the Court that
said security should be released as requested; it is therefore ordered on motion by Commis-
sinner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court that
the request from Chas. Schreiner Bank be granted and that the following securities listed
