On this the 24th day of August 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved the REPEAT FOR LOTS NOS. 20 AND 21 IN
KERRVILLE COUNTRY ESTATES (previously recorded in Volume 4, Page 111, Plat Records of Kerr
County, Texas), with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One.
All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to
the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th,
1984.

On this the 24th day of August 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Holland, Ray, and Lich, and County Judge Edwards
voting "AYE", and Commissioner Baldwin "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", Court approved acceptance
of an easement and Right of Way as prepared by the County Attorney, from George Holekamp to
Kerr County, being two tracts, listed as follows:
TRACT I:
Being all of a certain fifty (50) ft. wide strip, tract or parcel of land containint 1.17
acres, more or less, out of F. Gomez Survey No. 580, Abstract No. 159 and A. B. & Iii. Survey
No. 1, Abstract No. 14, both surveys in Kerr County, Texas;
and
TRACT II:
Being all of a certain fifty (50) ft. wide strip, tract or parcel of land containing 2.20
acres, more or less, out of H. E. & W. T. Ry. Co., Survey No. 1331, Abstract No. 579 and
A. B. & M. Survey No. 1, Abstract No. 14, both surveys in Kerr County, Texas.

FLOOD DAMAGE REPAIRS ON THE BEAR CREEK CROSSING
On this the 24th day of August 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
County Judge Edwards, with Commissioners Holland and Ray and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE',
and Commissioners Lich and Baldwin voting "NAY", it was approved by a majority vote of the
Court that Kerr County pay City of Kerrville the sum of $10,000.00, out of Loop 534 Fund, as
Kerr County's contribution for cost of flood damage repairs on the BEAR CREEK CROSSING, upon
inspection and acceptance by the City of Kerrville.
