NO. 17409 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF H. COOPER ADDITION
On this the 20th day of August 1987, upon motion by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF H. COOPER ADDITION,
located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, with no variances, and that all
improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION
"RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the
regulations that were approved by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED TN SPECIAL SESSION ON AUGUST 24th, 1987 at 10:00
o'clock A. M., with all members of the Court present, and the Court having duly opened, the
following proceedings were had:
N0. 17410 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 24th day of August 1987, came on to be considered by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Road & Bridge, County
Law Library, Criminal Justice Division, Traffic Safety, Indigent Health Care and 216th
District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

N0. 17411 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF S & S KERRVILLE AIR, INC. TO CONSTRUCT AN ADDITIOIQAL
HANGAR-OFFICE FACILITY ON LOT 9 AND EXTENSION ON LEASE AGREEMENT
On this 24th day of August 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved request of S & S KERRVILLE AIR, INC.
to construct an additional hangar-office facility on Lot 9, and an extension of their current
lease holdings. The structure will be 160 feet wide by 170 feet deep with a possible future
addition of 40 feet by 170 feet. Estimated costs are $450,000.00 to $550,000.00, and they
are requesting an extension on their land lease term for an additional 20 years on terms to bo
agreed upon. Commissioners' Court approval of this order is subject to concurrence with
City of Kerrville, and legal opinions of the County and City Attorneys and FAA.
