On this the 10th day of August 1987, came on to be considered by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Road & Bridge, County
Law Library, Juvenile State Aid and 216th District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners
Ray, Lich, and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Holland
"ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", motion was approved by a majority vote that said bills be paid.

NO. 17390 MOTION TO PAY JIM BOB STEVENS FOR MATERIAL AND LABOR FOR 2525 FEET OF FENCE
On this the 10th day of August 1987, a motion was made by Commissioner Ray to pay Jim

Bob Stevens for material and labor for 2525 feet of fence on the George Holekamp property.
Motion was seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. Motion failed.

1' N0. 17391 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO JIM BOB STEVENS FOR MATERIAL AND LABOR FOR 2525 FEET OF
FENCE, SUBJECT TO RECEIPT OF EASEMENT
On this the 10th day of August 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, it was unanimously approved by the Court that payment be made to
JIM BOB STEVENS, Star Rt. Box 587, Harper, Texas, 78631, in the amount of $4915.00 for labor
and material on 2525 feet of fence on the George Holekamp property, without further action of
the Court, upon receipt of proper documents reflecting permanent easement from Mr. Holekamp.

On this the 10th day of August 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular Meetings on July 13th, July 14th, July 15th, July 16th,
and Special Meetings on July 21st, July 23rd, July 31st, August 6th, and August 7th, 1987,
Volume Q, Pages 428 thru 444, Commissioners' Court Minutes of Kerr County, Texas.

NO. 17393 STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT AUTHORIZED TO GO FORTH WITH TWO PROJECTS SELECTED -
ELM PASS BRIDGE AND LANE VALLEY BRIDGE
On this the 10th day of August 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
,... Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the State Highway Department go forth
with two projects selected - Elm Pass Bridge and Lane Valley Bridge, with Kerr County
furnishing 20~ of the costs of the two bridges, listed as follows:
ELM PASS BRIDGE - Estimated total cost $378,000.00
Estimated County portion 75,600.00
