' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL EMERGENCY SESSION ON AUGUST 7th, 1987 at
2:00 o'clock P. M., in the Kerr County Courtroom, with with the following members present:

FRED HOLLAND Commissioner Precinct 1
H. A. BALDWIN Commissioner Precinct 4
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 17388 APPOINTMENT OF PRESIDING ELECTION JUDGE IN ELECTION PRECINCT 18, TO REPLACE
PATRICIA JONES PARKER, WHO HAS MOVED OUT OF THE PRECINCT
On this the 7th day of August 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, it was unanimously approved by the Court that ELIZABETH SUDDETH
BENAVENTE be appointed as Presiding Election Judge of Election Precinct 18, to replace
Patricia Jones Parker, who has moved out of the Precinct.
