"AYE", and Commissioners Lich and Baldwin voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority
vote, it was approved that the termination of the employment of CURTIS McDANIEL, HEAVY
EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST, be ratified and confirmed, pending last day of work.
