On this the 23rd day of July 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, with Commissioners Holland and Ray and County Judge Edwards voting
"AYE", and Commissioners Lich and Baldwin voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority
vote, it was approved that the termination of the employment of CURTIS McDANIEL, HEAVY
EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST, be ratified and confirmed, pending last day of work.

District Court of Kerr County, Texas), and that her deputation in the name of RUBY NICHOLSOIV

Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the request of Gerald W. Menefee, Road
Engineer, for employment of ELIGAH BUTLER AS A CREW LEADER in the Kerr County Road and Bridge
Department, at a salary of $14,045.00 per annum, $1170.42 per month, $585.21 semi-monthly,
effective as of July 21st, 1987, payable out of Road & Bridge Fund. (Pay Group 13 Step 3)
